Adult supervision of all children is required at all times.
Usually the Bounce House can be set up on any level surface except gravel.

A slight slope is acceptable, as long as the angle is not too steep.
Bounce houses need an electrical source, generators are available for an extra charge.
Keep all unnecessary electric wires and cables away from jump houses.
Plan a spot away from your house meters.

A clear path that is at least 4 feet wide will be needed.
Provide water for thirsty bouncers to drink outside of the jump house.
Plan a food, drink and snack area at a safe distance away from jump house.
Keep all party toys such as 'silly string,' face paint and other toys away from bounce house.
Blower operates off of a standard household electrical outlet.
Normal rental time is 3 hours. 24 hour discount prices are also available.
Make sure a responsible adult is present at the time of set up and break down.
Management reserves the right to cancel rental agreement at anytime for any reason.
Please make sure that the yard is free from any and all animal droppings, sticks, and rocks.

It would be helpful to move any garbage cans, toys, hoses, etc that may be in the way before we arrive to set up.

Be aware of the size of the bounce house you are renting, add at least a foot or two all around and then plan where the bounce house will go.

About Our Units:

How do the bouncers operate?
All of our units operate by attaching an enclosed blower to the bouncer. This blower attaches at the rear of the unit and constantly blows air into the base of the unit. The units have been designed to loose air through the seams (where the vinyl has been sewn together). This creates the bounciness of the bouncer! The blower must operate at all times the bouncer is in use or the bouncer will deflate.

What type of power is required?
Our units require a 110v electrical outlet commonly found in garages, or on exterior walls. This outlet must be no more that 80 feet from the unit. What is the bouncer made of? All of our units are made of commercial quality 18oz vinyl and commercial quality window netting.

Are your units clean?
Each of our units is vacuumed and cleaned with a disinfectant solution after every rental. This is our policy and we make no exceptions. Our units are maintained in like new condition and we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our units. This is important. Bounce houses are active places full of sweaty little people bouncing against the floors, walls, and pillars- often face first and loving it! Companies that properly clean and sanitize their units ensure that germs don't spread from one party to the next, not to mention the fact that your party-goers won't go home with black socks!

How long does it take to set up a Bouncer?
It takes approximately 20 minutes to set up or take down the Bouncer. Please allow a little additional time if a concession machine is being rented so that we can go over instructions with you. A preliminary cleaning of the bouncer might take place before take down.

Do you offer overnight rentals?
If the unit that you are renting is not scheduled to go out the next morning then in most cases we can pick the unit up the next day for an additional fee. This fee varies with the unit rented so ask when you call about the charges and availability for overnight rental.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or checks. Payment is due at delivery time.

Credit card payments will be accepted through paypal with advance notice.
